Positive Behavior Supports for Behaviorally Challenged Students - Helpful Articles With much of the research providing evidence of the impact of positive behavior supports for all students, the growing interest is in the overall effectiveness of these supports specifically to lower performing students. Students who exhibit "negative" behaviors at an increased rates would appear to be the focus of this multi-tiered approaches.
